1. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all quotations, agreements, and services provided by Nordic Home Care.

2. Services

Nordic Home Care offers services including, but not limited to, turnover cleaning, linen service, property checks, key management, minor maintenance, emergency services, and coordination of local tradespeople.

3. Execution of work

Work is carried out with care. The client is responsible for providing access to the property and supplying necessary information regarding installations and specific details.

4. Key management

Keys and access codes are treated confidentially and used solely for the agreed-upon services.

5. Cleaning and turnovers

Additional work resulting from excessive soiling, damage, extra laundry, or unexpected circumstances may be invoiced separately.

6. Emergencies

Nordic Home Care strives to provide assistance as quickly as possible but cannot guarantee constant availability or a fixed response time unless otherwise agreed.

7. Availability and absence

Nordic Home Care is a sole proprietorship. Planned absences, such as holidays, will be communicated in advance. Services may be limited or unavailable during these periods. In the event of illness or force majeure, the company will assist in exploring alternatives where possible, without guaranteeing the availability of third parties.

8. Rates and payment

Rates are communicated in advance and include Swedish VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made within 14 days of receipt of the invoice.

9. Liability

Nordic Home Care is liable only for direct damage caused by demonstrable negligence, and such liability is limited to the coverage provided by the company's business insurance.

10. Cookies and analytics

Analytics cookies are only placed after you have given consent via the cookie notice; if you decline, these cookies are not placed. The data is processed by Google.
